Our Easy Standard Procedure

1) The service will be waiting for you at the designated area for up to 1 hour after your estimated time of arrival (ETA).

2) For group bookings, the car can accommodate a maximum of one luggage per person, granting that there will be a full seating.

3) Pick-up going to the airport will be based on a 3-hour allowance before departure time.

4) You can arrange for other special requests for your airport transfer conveniently through our site.

What info do I need in order to book?

We need your name and contact number.

How do I book a car + driver service here?

1. Enter the transfer date, pick-up location, drop-off location and click Find Transfer button

2. Select the best transfer service according to your need.

3. Click Select button to continue the booking by entering your detail.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can pay via using credit card via Paypal or manual transfer/pay to company bank account.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Each person are entitled for one big luggage and one hand carry luggage.

How long will the transfer take?

It depends on the drop-off location and traffic status. But it usually take 30-60 mins to travel within Penang.
